SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Now a days shipping is easy, saves time and is cost effective. In most cases the Post Office is the cheapest route and with their improved service they are quick too. For example shipping within Ontario is usually next day, shipping from Ontario to Alberta 2-3 days. We receive shocks from across Canada. Montreal, Quebec   Windsor, Ontario   Cochrane, Ontario   Medicine Hat, Alberta   Steinbach, Manitoba to name a few.

Please remove springs and shock bushings before shipping. This keeps the shipping costs down and their not needed for the rebuild.
Please include return shipping information and a contact number in case we need to reach you, if there are other parts that need replacing.
Use a sturdy cardboard box with waded up newspaper packed full.
We recommend that you insure your shocks and that you utilize a carrier that has tracking available.

The reason for 2 addresses is because it is easier and more convenient for me to pick up the Canada post parcels in Drayton then Alma.  However our street address is 7998 Wellington rd 7, Alma.  So please take this into consideration when shipping your shocks.
